  • Discounts are applied to the normal price.
  • Dollar values are calculated based on exchange rates at the beginning of each year and are subject to change should they fluctuate significantly.

 

(1) Special discount registration fee applies only if registration is done before or on November 16, 2020 and is fully paid  within 5 business days (until November 23, 2020). This fee will not be applied to registrations made after November 16, 2020 and/or paid after November 23, 2020. If the registration is not paid in full by the above date, you will be charged the corresponding fee according to category.

 

(2) These fees apply to all Authors whose final abstracts have been approved and who wish for their abstracts to appear in the proceedings must register by October 16, 2020. Abstracts of authors not fully registered by this date (with fees duly paid) will NOT be included in the proceedings or the technical program.
 

(3) Committee fees apply to the members of the Organizing, Technical, Editorial and Advisory Committees. Please see the complete list in the Committees section of this website.

Registration fee does not include accommodation, airport transfers and/or any other products or services not mentioned above. Delegates are entirely responsible for making their own travel arrangements.
 


Payment

Service charges applied to wire transfers should not be subtracted from the registration fee. All bank services charges should be assumed by the participant.
 

Delegates residing in Chile

Credit card (Webpay)

Delegates who reside in Chile can pay their registration fee with any well-known credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club, American Express), without payment instalments.
 

Deposit or bank in Chilean pesos

Deposits of bank transfers should be made to Gecamin Ltda., account number 02-55260-4, Banco Santander Santiago, Santiago de Chile. Rut 77.127.870-1. Please send a confirmation of the deposit to facturacion@gecamin.com

 

Deposits or transfers must be made within a maximum of 5 business days from the date of registration and cannot exceed the start date of the conference in the case of registering the same week.
 

Purchase order

In this case, please select the purchase order and fill out all the relevant billing information. It is important that when registering the data indicated for the issuance of the invoice are correct.

The purchase order must be received in a maximum of 7 business days from the registration date and cannot exceed the start date of the conference in the case of registering the same week.

The purchase order is a document that consolidates a purchase commitment, once received by Gecamin, the policies indicated in it will be billed and the terms and conditions of any regular registration (cancellations, discount values, among others) will apply. You can pay against invoice in 30 days.

Participants outside of Chile should pay their registration fees with a credit card via PayPal, in American dollars (USD).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted only if done in written form before November 16, 2020 to minexcellence@gecamin.com. The cancelation must include the name of the participant, company and reason for cancelation. No later than 30 days after the conference, the full registration fee will be refunded.

 

If cancellation is made after November 16, 2020 no later than 30 days after the conference, the registration fee will be refunded minus a charge of USD 300 / CLP 180,000 (for authors) and USD 150 / CLP 90,000 (for other participants) and the conference proceedings will be sent to your postal address.

 

If a registered delegate cannot attend and is not able to cancel before November 16, 2020, replacements for authors and any participant are welcome at no additional cost. Please notify us of any substitutions (providing full name, ID, position, company, address, phone number and email) at minexcellence@gecamin.com.

 

Once the conference has started, cancellations will not be allowed. Gecamin will not be responsible for any refund to those who have not canceled their registration and who do not participate.
