IMPORTANT NOTES:

Starting on January 5, 2016, Hotel Santiago began remodeling all its guest rooms, process which will be carried out in stages and has an estimated completion date by the third quarter of 2018. During this period, the hotel will be completely operational. Construction work will be restricted to the following time schedule: Monday through Friday between 9:00 and 8:00 pm, and Saturdays between 9:00 a 2:00 pm. The wellbeing of all guests is priority, and work will be careful to minimize any disruptions.

Please also bear in mind that between March 1^st and July 31^st, 2018, the Club Lounge will be closed for renovations. To keep this benefit for all Club guests, the Hotel will give a daily credit to be used in any of the restaurants or In Room Dining or minibar services. This credit cannot be transferred to other guests or for future dates.

Transfers from the airport to the hotel

If taking a taxi, be aware that Hotel Santiago was formerly the Hotel Grand Hyatt. Generally, there is no confusion, but it is always a good idea to specify the hotel address to the taxi driver or give these instructions: "Hotel Santiago, ex Grand Hyatt en Avenida Kennedy".

Please remember that airport transfers and hotel reservations are not included in the event registration fee or in the room reservation, and should be arranged independently. You can book a transfer between the hotel and airport through one of the companies we recommend. We suggest that you reserve your transfer before your arrival/departure (ideally 3 days prior to your arrival) and re-confirm your reservation the day you travel.
