Presentation format

Authors whose work has been selected for Oral Presentations must use the official Planning for Closure 2018 PowerPoint presentation format for their presentations. Should any changes occur, at the congress we will have a special table for authors to update their presentations. Download the presentation template from the “Presentation Template” button above.

Authors whose work has been selected for Poster Presentations must create a poster following the technical specification detailed in the guidelines. The poster can be sent to the organizers at least two weeks prior to the congress, or it can be delivered at the registration desk on the first day of the congress. CV bio form

Authors whose work has been selected for Oral Presentations must determine who will present the work. The presenting author must fill a form with a brief bio of their CV and submit by October 19.Please do not sumit your full resumé. This information will be used to introduce the presenting author to the audience prior to their presentation. Download the form from the "CV Bio Form" button above.
