Review Process
Stage 1: Abstract Selection
All abstracts will be reviewed and commented on by Water Congress 2018’s Technical Committee. Approval of an abstract at this stage does not automatically guarantee that the final version will be accepted and included in the program. The authors of accepted abstracts will receive comments to consider and include in the final version of their abstract.
Stage 2: Final Abstract Selection
Final abstracts will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure that all modifications have been made. At this stage, abstracts will be confirmed for oral or poster presentation. Final abstracts approved for publication will be published in the Water Congress 2018 proceedings. At this stage authors must register to the Water Congress to confirm their participation.
Stage 3: Presentation Selection
Authors of selected final abstracts for oral presentations will be requested to send a PowerPoint presentation. Presentations will be reviewed by the Editorial Committee to ensure compliance with Water Congress standards. Presenters will receive comments to consider and include in the final version of their presentations.
Stage 4: PowerPoint Presentations
Final PowerPoint presentations will be received and reviewed to ensure that reviewer comments have been considered. The presentation will be confirmed as part of the Water Congress 2018 program.
Author Registration Deadline: March 05, 2018
The published proceedings will only contain abstracts from authors attending the seminar.
To confirm publication of an abstract, as well as inclusion in the technical program of the seminar, it is essential that at least one (1) author per article is registered and has paid by March 05, 2018.
